About this guide

Patagonian Pups is a small independent site about one place: Fort Randall Casino & Hotel, on SD-46 in Lake Andes, South Dakota.

The casino and hotel are owned and operated by the Yankton Sioux Tribe. This site isn't theirs, and it isn't run by them. We don't book rooms, take payments, sell anything or run games.

What's here comes from what the casino itself publishes: its address, phone numbers, hours, room details and policies, what it says is on the property. The guide doesn't rate anything and doesn't tell stories about visits.

One operator writes and updates it. There's no staff list and no named reviewers, and you can reach us at the address on the contact page.

The reason is practical: if you're planning a drive to Lake Andes, the rooms, hours and rules should be in one place before you pick up the phone.

The dealer courses are the one place where we work with the casino: it runs them, and the form on that page sends your request on to it.
