The dealer course form

If you send a request on the dealer courses page, we collect the name, email address, phone number and message you type, and the fact that you ticked the consent box. Nothing else is asked for.

We use it for one thing: to pass your request to Fort Randall Casino & Hotel, which runs the courses, so it can reply. The casino then holds your details under its own practices, and you should ask it about them.

We keep requests for up to 12 months. Requests older than that are removed whenever a new request comes in. The form stores no IP address and no browser details with your request, and nothing you type goes into the page address.

Server logs

Like any website, the host records each visit: IP address, time, the page asked for and the browser's name. It's used to keep the site running and to spot abuse. How long the host keeps these logs is up to the host.

Email to us

If you write to [email protected], we read your message and answer it from the address you wrote from. We don't promise how long old emails stay in the mailbox.

Cookies and trackers

None. The site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from other sites.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to [email protected]. We'll answer within a reasonable time. If you've sent a course request, tell us the name and email you used so we can find it.

Age

The form is for adults. We don't knowingly collect details from anyone under 21, and we delete a request when we learn it came from a minor.

The new version replaces this one on the same address.
